Description
Rachel Reid is a classically trained singer and harpist, available to perform at your church/civil ceremony and drinks reception.
Rachel holds a Masters degree in Vocal performance from NUIM as well as a BMus degree, specialising in vocal performance and has completed her harp studies with distinction.
She has performed in prestigious venues around Ireland and Europe, notably the National Concert Hall, St. Patrick's Cathedral and the Edinburgh Harp Festival and has also performed for President Michael D. Higgins.
Rachel comes with a wealth of experience of more than ten years. Rachel's lyric soprano voice, accompanied by the harp provides a beautiful sound for your wedding ceremony, and she can provide soothing harp music while your guests relax at the drinks reception.
Rachel has a wide range of repertoire including classical, celtic, religious and modern music. She loves to arrange contemporary music for the harp and will be happy to learn your special requests.
