Pat Lalor is a chef with over three decades' experience and Debbie Gartland is an events manager with over twenty years experience. The pizza is all made fresh on site with hand-stretched twenty-four-hour fermented dough. The wedding couple can choose four of the most popular choices from an extensive menu and vegetarian options are available.
