Laura Ganley Sean Nós Dancer

Laura performs and teaches Ireland's oldest dance form, Sean Nos Dancing which includes the barrel and brush dance. Sean Nos Dance originates from Connemara in Co.Galway and is known as 'old style'.

Weddings: Laura can include getting the crowd out for dances such as Siege of Ennis or Shoe the Donkey or get some of the bridal party such as the Bide and Groom out for a dance or battle of the groomsmen/bridesmaid which includes trying out the brush dance and hopping up on the barrel for a step.  Laura is a 4 time All Ireland Champion, 3 time County Fleadh Champion and has won many competitions across Ireland. At most weddings, Laura usually perform's when the band breaks round 11 or 12 o clock at night but can perform before the band starts or at the hotel during the drinks reception. If you have any special requests or maybe a favourite tune or song, it can be added to make your day very special. There is 2 different packages available.

Hen/Stag Party:

Up to 90 minutes of a dance class at a location of your choice

Choose from different themes and styles of dance: Sean Nos Dance, Line Dance, Jiving, Brush Dancing, Ceili Dance or a mix of all.
